I created this cheap site simply to answer my friends and family's questions about where the heck I had been While driving "over the road" (Long Haul) for a company named Werner Enterprises. There is no way to describe the "Werner experience" in a conversation, so I made this site to try and explain the weird times that I had. 

The name of this site was inspired  by  a response to a post that I made on 
The Truckers Report  regarding an unhygienic trainer. After reading my post Shortcircuit27 exclaimed "Holy flying rat monkeys!"  in horror.

While in truck school, my instructor called me "Larry the Truck Guy" probably as some kind of insult. Guess I made him laugh, I'm kinda fat and my name is Larry so that made me Larry the Truck Guy.  I could never drink as much beer as the cable guy but now that he lost all of that weight on the Jenny Craig he ain't got no more street cred if you know what I mean. What kind of self resspectin redneck is going to order a spring salad with the vinaigrette sauce?  Give me a order of Biscuits and Gravy with extra cholesterol. Heck,  it's a scientific fact that 9 out of 10 women prefer a man that sports a big stomach anyway! It's true! My stomach is perfect just the way it is. In fact it's so perfect that British Scientists use it as a standard of measurement. I'm serious. Check this: The diameter of my stomach times Pi equals the height of The Great Pyramid of Giza! Do the math! You call that a coincidence?

Anyway, I ain't quitting my day job!
